Well trained users are a critical factor to the success of any SAP BusinessObjects implementation. After training thousands of users and discussing training "best practices" with industry experts, Data Accomplished has developed a training methodology that helps ensure a successful deployment. Our training program is divided into two distinct sessions:

- A BusinessObjects Skills Session which teaches the skills necessary to use the Business Objects tool.

- A Customized Data Session which makes users familiar with their data and teaches them how to use it to obtain their business information.

The rationale for this two-phased approach is based on years of experience implementing Business Intelligence solutions for clients around the world. We have discovered that the skills required to use the Business Objects tool are quickly mastered by students, especially if the students can focus on skills development and not get too involved with questions about their production data. Once the skills are mastered, the Customized Data Session teaches students what they need to know about their data and reporting environments.
